Vitamin K is produced in the body, and makes the blood clot to close the wound. So without that we would die from loss of blood. It also helps reduce skin discoloration and scarring. So this is great for your skin. But as we age, reducing the amount of vitamin K in the body, so we need additional resources to “make up” for failure to possess.
Green vegetables are excellent sources of vitamin K. Now, there are three subcategories of vitamin K, and that we want is vitamin K1 and K2. Vitamin K2 from our own body, and vitamin K1 derived from food. Vitamin K3 is a synthetic chemical, vitamin K2 in an effort to imitate, but if I were you, I will stay clear of supplements is not fair. Vitamin K can be found in leafy vegetables such as asparagus, broccoli and spinach. Even some meat contains vitamin K, such as liver, beef, chicken, pork, goose, duck, ostrich, ham, sausage.
Where is this vitamin in the body? You might ask. Well, this vitamin from bacteria in the gut, which is then stored in the liver and body fat. And you may cry now, “Comes from the bacteria?” Fortunately this is good bacteria. But that does not make sense, because acne is a result of poor circulation and heart and liver regulate blood through the system. And because our skin is the largest organ we have, it seems logical that they are very influenced by what goes on inside. (Acne is a symptom of the way.) Vital function is to produce blood clots, that’s how our bodies to heal. This vitamin is also used to reduce the appearance of acne scars on the skin surface. It also improves bone density, making it more resistant to damage, and also stop calcium to build the soft tissue (called calcification). It is also responsible for supporting the brain and nervous system.
