Losing it with Jillian is a new show that I use my DVR from www.directstartv.com to record. The show is my favorite for the season because it is related to weight loss. I have several pounds to get rid of and like watching the show to see how she gets them motivated to be healthy families.

Jillian visits a new family each week and spends a week helping them get healthy and work out. She goes through their food and gets rid of everything that isn’t good for them. They have a new diet plan and have to work out the way she asks them to. She is probably famous because working with her is like being in boot camp.

Jillian also goes deep in to each family member’s problems, so that the underlying reasons for eating get analyzed. There is a lot of yelling on the show but in the end it is exciting to see the transformations. The first episode was great because each person had lost so much weight.

I think that motivating people to be their best is one of the reasons I love the show. I also enjoy the look on a person’s face when they are able to achieve things that are huge to them in a short amount of time. I think this show is another great way to educate America and get people excited about being healthy.
